About the Role
As a Business Analyst at the NCSC, you play a crucial role in supporting IT and information processing processes. You are involved in analyzing and specifying the information needs of the business and translating these into IV (Information and Communication Technology) provisions. You act as a bridge between various stakeholders, including Business and Product Owners, Project Managers, Architects, and Developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting requirements assessments, process analysis, and improvement
- Selecting and implementing tools
- Aligning desires and backlog with the client’s environment
- Utilizing domain knowledge to realize changes
- Contributing to process improvements between business and IV within NCSC
Requirements
- Available 36 hours per week for a period of twelve months
- Minimum of a completed Bachelor’s degree
- At least three years of experience within the government in a relevant role
- Certification in BCS and/or IREB business analysis or equivalent
- Experience in translating analyses into IV solutions and their implementation
- Agile/Scrum certification and experience
- Relevant knowledge and experience within Justice and Security organizations
- Relevant knowledge and experience within the security domain of the Dutch government
