Your first step: the pre-intake
Once we receive your CV, your journey with Tremoot begins. Our dedicated team of IT professionals is ready for a thorough pre-intake with you. We aim to understand not just your skills but truly grasp where your passion lies. If there's mutual interest, we'll further assist in refining your professional profile.
Tailored profile
Together, we build a personalized profile. Using the information from your CV and our intake discussion, we highlight your strengths. With this profile, we purposefully search for the perfect place for you in the dynamic IT landscape of the Netherlands.
Your ideal role
Based on your unique profile, we navigate the Dutch IT market to find the position that aligns perfectly with your skills and ambitions. Once we find that ideal position, we promptly get in touch and discuss the opportunities. Of course, we always seek your approval before introducing you to a potential employer.
Your application process: culture & expertise
If you're interested in a position we propose, with your agreement, we introduce you to the respective employer. If there's mutual interest, you can typically expect two interviews: one focusing on the company culture and the other on your technical knowledge, possibly preceded by an assessment. After successful interviews, we facilitate your smooth start in the Netherlands.
Moving to the official phase
Congratulations on successfully completing the interviews! Now, it's our turn. Together, we'll handle all the necessary paperwork. A digital offer is already waiting for you. Upon your agreement, we initiate the process for your highly skilled migrant work permit with the IND. Typically, everything's settled within 3 to 6 weeks, and then you're all set to embark on your new adventure in the Netherlands.
Your new home in the Netherlands
As the paperwork progresses, our team actively begins the search for your home, ideally within 45 minutes of your workplace. We provide you with various housing options tailored to your preferences. With virtual tours, you'll get a clear view of each choice. And once you've made your decision? The digital lease agreement is ready for you. Just remember to manage the initial payment: one month's rent and two months' security deposit.
Your Dutch adventure begins
With the IND's approval secured, it's time to visit the Dutch embassy to arrange your MVV (authorisation for temporary stay). After that? Off to the Netherlands! We handle your flight tickets and transportation to your new home. This ensures you begin your new Dutch adventure without any hassles.
Seamless integration
Once in the Netherlands, your new life begins. There are administrative matters to handle: from registering with the municipality and applying for your BSN to opening a bank account, and more. But rest assured, we are here to guide you every step of the way. Ensuring your seamless integration is our top priority.
